REFUND POLICY

We want you to love your Blazin' Cowgirl jewelry!

Returns for Damaged Items Only

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or defective. If your jewelry arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at g03.trinity@gmail.com. with photos of the damage. 

How to Request a Return

To start a return for a damaged item:

  1. Email us at g03.trinity@gmail.com. within 7 days of delivery
  2. Include your order number and photos showing the damage
  3. We'll review your request and provide return instructions if approved

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your returned damaged item, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method. 

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for: 

  • Items that are not damaged or defective
  • Items without tags or in worn/used condition
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
